Head Chef of the Nor' Wester Cafe from November 1997 to June 2002. Andrew is a member of the NZ Culinary Team, a NZ Beef & Lamb Ambassador, and President of the Canterbury Chefs Assn. He is currently Executive Chef at The George Hotel, Christchurch.
